Building

Pomerleau awarded DAWCO the mandate to work on the new AMT Pointe St-Charles maintenance workshop to complete the 25kV distribution down to the 120V feeds. Our mandate also includes setting up the lighting and all the services usually included in a building of this type. Important partners were involved in this project carried out using the design-built method.

DAWCO’s mandate comprised all electrical requirements for the new school, including: distribution, feeders, underground ducts, wiring devices, branch wiring, lighting, communications, PA, intercom, fire alarm, lockdown, access controls, and security alarm. The new school is approximately 69,000 square feet.

Renovation of Dalhousie train station

The Dalhousie train station was built in 1884. Since 2004, it has been home to Cirque Éloize’s head office and creative studio. For this heritage building, the Geyser Group commissioned DAWCO to perform interior renovations.
