Viterra – Montreal Terminal Dust Collection, Transport & Storage System

DCM performed mechanical, piping, electrical & instrumentation works for the Montreal Terminal Dust Collection, Transport & Storage System. More specifically, works included:

Changes to the support steel for the dust collector and modification of the existing duct.
Changes to the structural brackets.
Replacement of the dust collector fan motor electrical system.
Installation of supplied head pulley belt scrapers and side doors.
Installation of larger bolted explosion vents on the dust bin.

Irving – Modernization of naval shipyard

Infrastructure

Plan Group of Ontario commissioned DAWCO to perform electrical work for assembly buildings and administrative offices. The manufacturing plant has two main buildings linked together. The first building is 200 feet wide by 1,000 feet long and 80 feet high, while the second building is 200 feet wide by 350 feet long and 150 feet high.
