Online orientation
Over the last two months, DCM Group has implemented an e-leaning training module for new hires in Western Canada. To date, the Human Resources department has only received positive reviews, and will continue to improve the virtual orientation session based on feedback received throughout the process. Among the many comments received, our new employees stated that the training session gave them a more thorough understanding of the company as a whole, specifically with respect to corporate policies, culture and values.
