DCM is thrilled to announce the acquisition of TES Group. Inc.  Effective June 16^th, DCM has acquired a 100% stake in the TES Group of companies based in Edmonton as well as a majority stake in Process Combustion Systems Inc. based in Calgary.  In recent years, DCM has been growing our presence in the construction and maintenance services specific fired & unfired pressure equipment –  such as Fired Heaters, Boilers, Steam Generators, and Reformers.  The addition of TES and PCSI add an exciting new level of technical knowledge and expertise in this space to complement our rapidly growing field execution capacity.

The TES Group provides independent assessments, specialized engineering, repair & upgrade services to the owners/users of heat, power, and process equipment.  A range of industries in the renewable & non-renewable energy space turn to TES to provide subject matter resources, bring process troubleshooting & problem-solving skills, and implement performance improvement solutions for their plant fired and unfired pressure equipment needs.  Customers who use TES’s services benefit in the continued safe, clean, reliable, and cost-effective operation of their critical utility plant equipment.

Process Combustion Systems Inc. has over 40 years of experience designing and supplying turn-key industrial fired equipment. They continue to lead their competition in Ultra Low-Emissions burner technology and field expertise with a strong install base in Canada and the US.

The founders of TES, William Parnetta and John Giles both bring a wealth of experience and impeccable reputations in the industrial sector and we are looking to their contribution to our company’s strategic growth, as they both will be integrated into our DCM senior leadership team.
