DCM is pleased to announce that applications are now open for the 2026 DCM Scholarship Program.

The scholarship is available to current university, college, and trade students, as well as individuals who have been accepted into an accredited post-secondary institution or apprenticeship program. Eligible fields of study include, but are not limited to, industrial construction, maintenance, engineering, project management, skilled trades, and other disciplines that support the industrial sector.

The DCM Scholarship Program is designed to support and encourage the next generation of industry professionals who are committed to building, maintaining, and improving the communities and industries we serve.

Application Requirements

To be considered for a DCM Scholarship, applicants must submit:

• A completed scholarship application form
• One (1) of the following:
  • An informative essay; or
  • A creative video submission

Submission Topics

Applicants may choose to respond to one or more of the following:

1. The industrial construction, maintenance, and engineering industry is constantly evolving. Identify a challenge or inefficiency you see in the industry today and describe how you would address it. What role do you see yourself playing in driving that change throughout your career?
2. Why this industry? Reflect on what genuinely excites you about a career in industrial construction, maintenance, or engineering, and what you hope to learn and build along the way.

Application Period

Applications will be accepted from July 1, 2026, to August 21, 2026.

Selection Criteria

Successful applicants will be evaluated based on several factors, including:

• Academic achievement and commitment to learning
• Career goals and future ambitions
• Leadership, initiative, and community involvement
• Alignment with DCM’s values and culture
• Contributions to the communities in which we live and work
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse industry

Successful applicant(s) will be required to provide proof of enrollment before scholarship funds are awarded.
