Our teams are working very hard to prepare for the Lachine Sorting Centre Project; final design details are on the table and construction is expected to kick off in April. Our team is at a very interesting step in the process as it transitions from design work created for the proposal to a construction project that requires 3D drawings and BIM (Building Information Model) coordination efforts. Purchasing will start in the coming weeks, and as the master of our own design, we are able to move forward confidently in all aspects of the project.

At the same time, work will commence on the replacement of a part of a fire alarm system at the Centre de réadaptation Marie-Enfant in Montreal. This traditional construction project, based on standard plans, is scheduled to start in February and will be completed in roughly 8 months.
