• None of our employees are reported as missing / in danger / hurt

• The evacuation order is still in effect for all of Fort McMurray. Residents are not able to return to their homes.

• As far as DCM projects are concerned, this is what we know for now:
a. Suncor evacuated all employees and contractors in non-critical roles from sites – our work there is on hold for now.
b. CNRL projects should not be affected. We will know more soon.

• Workers with travel plans for today should note the following:
a. For those scheduled to fly commercial into YMM today – May 4, 2016, DCM will CANCEL your booking. Flights will be rebooked once we have a better understanding of the situation. Those scheduled to fly on charter flights (Canadian North) will go as planned.
b. For those scheduled to leave YMM today – May 4, 2016, please be PREPARED for your flight to be cancelled should the highway be closed. All rooms will be extended. DO NOT check out this morning. We will hold off on the flight cancellations until 2pm today.
c. Should we have to cancel the departures today, we will book them out as flights become available via a combination of charter and commercial.
